A little history…
Andrea has been a licensed Realtor since 2017. It started as a hobby and grew into a business. She actually took her WI real estate licensing exam while living in California with anticipation of moving back to her home state of Wisconsin. It’s not a common Pearson Vue exam in Oakland, CA! Andy and Andrea moved back to Wisconsin in late 2017, seven months pregnant with their first child, and the first house that she wrote an offer for was the home that her and her family live in today.
Andy became a licensed Realtor in 2019 to support Andrea as they grew their business. Both started as real estate agents with Keller Williams, but in 2021 the Cream City Key business was born and in 2022 it became a full-service brokerage.
